I tried to create a flow to summarize a plan through uploading excel plans first. In one of the flow, AI gave me the output for 2 sec and then answer disappeared, replaced by an error message of “Sorry, your upload failed. Please hover over the failed file icon for details on the error.”
Anyone has the same issue?
I dont see any failed file icon on any steps. What might be the root cause?

Just a couple questions to better understand your issue. How did you set up your flows (what steps did you use)? Additionally, is the excel plan that you are uploading and asking to summarize a big file? Have you tried running the flow multiple times and each time results in an error message?
When working with flows, I have noticed that having the flows carry out a hefty task can sometimes result in errors or inaccurate outputs. Sometimes, depending on the task you are trying to achieve, the flows do not work every time, but I have found that re-running the flows or refreshing your web browser can be a simple solution.

Yes my flow is set to process two excel files (about 8MB per file). I suspect this error might caused by the prompt I set in the middle to group data, summarize and return the output, which might be too large. I revised the flow steps and it works now.
