General Question

Has anyone in the community tried connecting LabCollab Jira or Confluence Wiki to Quick Suite chat agents?

Is this integration currently possible, and if so, how was it implemented? Any guidance, documentation, or examples would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @akshamon,
According to documentation, Jira cloud integrations are available for Actions and Confluence Cloud integrations are available for both actions and knowledge bases.
Here is some documentation regarding the setup of integrations for these 2 items:

Hi Brett, thank you for the quick response and for sharing the documentation!

I did come across those same resources — the Jira Cloud Actions and Confluence Cloud integrations (Actions and Knowledge Bases) look great for standard Atlassian Cloud instances.

My situation involves an internal Amazon/Lab126 Atlassian instance rather than a public Atlassian Cloud deployment (issues.labcollab.net for Jira and wiki.labcollab.net/confluence/ for Confluence), so I’m unsure whether the standard Cloud integration and authentication flows would apply here.

Has anyone successfully connected Quick Suite to a self-hosted or internally hosted Atlassian instance? Any insight on network requirements or additional configuration steps would be really helpful!

Hi @akshamon,
As your situation regards internal Amazon specific assets, I would suggest reaching out internally.
As the community is a public facing forum, many of the users are not AWS employees and do not have access to assist with organization specific requests.

Thanks for the guidance, Brett! You’re absolutely right - I’ll reach out internally to explore options for connecting our LabCollab instances to Quick Suite.

If you happen to know which team handles Quick Suite integrations for internal Amazon services, I’d appreciate a pointer in the right direction!

Hi @akshamon, Apologies but I do not have that information as I am not an AWS employee.
