Generate PDF Toolbar Option -- GONE

Hi folks – the Generate PDF option is missing from the Export toolbar options. The ‘Print’ and ‘View Exports’ options are still there, but Generate PDF is no longer available.

We are using SDK 2.7.0 and have embedded our dashboard anonymously. The Generate PDF option works if we use SDK 1.20.1.

We have checked the Generate PDF functionality when we publish the dashboard, and the Generate PDF option appears when we view the dashboard from within QuickSight, just not when the dashboard is viewed as anonymously embedded using SDK 2.7.0.

Please review this thread. Generate PDF is not supported in anonymous embedding based on guidance in that thread. At AWS, our roadmap is primarily driven by our customers. Your feedback helps us build a better service. I have tagged this as a feature request.
