Getting TimeOut Error while creating New Redshift Data Source

Created Inbound Rule in Redshift Cluster and also enabled ‘Publicly accessible’ setting in redshift cluster.

Hi @riyajn - Please ensure Redshift security group allow the QuickSight Security groups on the port 5439. Also see this link for details - Redshift Cluster connectivity with Quicksight

Hi @riyajn - Thanks for providing the details. It is bit top to validate Security group configuration in community forum. Can you please raise a ticket to AWS Customer support so that they can validate the configuration e2e and advise you the solution.
