I have the below pivot where I see the count of some cases handled be each operator/analyst per month.
I want to compare this with a benchmark average that is a calculated field.
So for the below image we see that one operator in Jan has 80 cases handled and the other 103 while the benchmark average is 120.
The problem is that I dont want the column of the average to be repeated after each operator. There is no use. I want it to be shown only once. How can I achieve this?

I had a similar use-case but unfortunately, we do not have any option to exclude a field as the values section gets grouped under columns. For example, your AVG field either gets hidden in all or none
As an alternative, for my visual I had used Free-Form layout and used a KPI visual to show the average value and display it on top of the pivot table visual
It looked something like below
