Hide filter based on the user

Hi,

Is there any way to hide a filter if a specific client is logging in .m
I have a dropdown of clients . There will be internal users and the clients.
If an internal user is logging in, I should be able to see the client dropdown.
If a client user is logging in ,then This filter should be hidden .

Hey @liya101 ,

technical it should be possible to create your case but i haven’t tried it yet.

  1. You need to use free form to hide certain filter and visuals.
  2. you need to create a rule for the filter that it’s only or not shown when a parameter value is inserted
  3. You need to Create a Parameter with dynamic default value.

→ Whenever someone logs into the dashboard the parameter should be filed with the default value and depending on your rule the filter should shown or hidden.
