I have made a dashboard and Now I want to add two buttons in my dashboard such that if the user clicks on first button then the graphs gets hidden and if the user clicks on the second button then the graphs gets shown.

you would need a parameter, you can use within the visual rule.
you would also need to add a navigation action to the button visual where you change the parameter value.

change sheet layout to free form
create a parameter
set a rule for the visual based on the parameter
add two custom visuals as buttons
create a navigation action on each button and handover a parameter value
