I need Quick Flows to send our reports to my organization’s dls on a weekly basis. To accomplish this, I need to create a Microsoft Outlook connector. Where can I get the user authentication details for the same? Attaching the snippet of the data I need for this access.

Using Flows to send out reports on a weekly basis is a good use case. However, this is a public user forum, so I do not know any internal information for you to set up the outlook integration. I would refer to this resource on how to set up the integration (Microsoft Outlook integration - Amazon Quick) and I would also suggest reaching out internally to any proper stakeholders that will have the correct permissions as they should have access or the ability to have the information you are looking for.
