Welcome to the Quick suite Community.

The Slack and outlook integration are available in Amazon quick suite.

you may need to connect with your Quick Suite Admin to configure the respective integration in collaboration with Slack/ Outlook admin of your company to provide all details that may be needed for the integration in Quick Suite.

This is a public Quick Suite Community Site. we would not know any details of your company setup.

I would recommend to reach out to your IT team or owner of your Quick suite in your company. I believe they should be able to support you or provide you the correct direction.
