It looks that there is no way to customize email contents of threshold-alerts like that of reports.
Because I’m considering to embed dashboards to our SaaS, so I would like to have our own contents in the alerts. Especially, it is important that it has a link to our SaaS not to QuickSight itself.
Is there any alternative way to send customized alerts? For example, is it possible to get alert settings and actual values on a dashboard via API, then send our own alert email?
Alerts isn’t supported for embedding currently. Once we add this support then the customizing of the alerts email will also be provided

Alerts being supported for embedded dashboards is an important feature request for us too.
