How do I contact an administrator to request Author or Admin access?

I have reviewed the document link:https://docs.aws.amazon.com/quicksight/index.html - but I cannot locate an administrator contact details. I currently have read only access to Quicksight. I need author/ admin access to migrate my team KPIs from PowerBi to Quicksight. Please can anyone support or direct me to the right POC… Thank you in advance
