I need to present to the CEO of a manufacturing company the results of an analysis of 300 process failures for a set of 1000 process completions. These 300 processes each have 3 user checks and 20 document checks. A process can complete with a number of different user checks and document checks failing within the process. There are 700 check failures within the set of 300 process failures. How can I best visualise the data for the CEO to explain the 300 process failures and the check failures that have caused the 300 process failures.
Hi @Kokka - I am thinking of couple of analysis.
- The first analysis is a KPI which will give the total number of process failures. For the above data point, it will be 300.
- Then possibly, you can add all process failure and process failure details a a table and you can put a filter if you want to show case what is the reason for a particular process failure.
- You can also put some bar chart like process failure w.r.t count to determine which process failure is causing maximum failure and that may give you some pattern for further action.
Also, you can leverage QuickSight Demo central ( Link - https://democentral.learnquicksight.online/) and can see some sample dashboards.
