I am working to improve the ability for users to use Q&A to answer questions. How do I correct incorrect answers? For example, I asked specifically for November 2024. The write up comes back for November 2023. When I click into the interpreted as and change the month to Nov 2024. After saving - it continues to reverts back 2023 info never showing the correct info.
Hi @jtrimbol - Welcome to the community. For the change in interpretation to apply for same question being asked in the future, please click on “Mark as Verified” on top left of QnA screen as shown below.
After clicking on “Mark as Verified” the text will change to “verified” and if same question is asked in future, the updated interpretation will be used to respond.
