How many datapoints can ML handle?

I need to run anomaly detection on a value split across 200+ categories for 90 days.
visuals like line chart and stacked bar chart can only display 50 or 100 categories before they start grouping categories to “other”.
Is the a limitation to the anomaly detection when it comes to the amount of categories it can handle?
