Hello Saurabh,
First of all Welcome to Quick Community !
There is no way to increase the 50-visual limit per sheet in Amazon QuickSight .
The limit is fixed at:
However, you may have below options to work around this limitation:
1. Use multiple sheets
Since you can have up to 20 sheets per analysis, you could distribute your visuals across multiple sheets. This may technically allow you to have up to 1,000 visuals total in a single analysis (50 visuals × 20 sheets).
2. Combine related data
Consider consolidating similar visuals or combining related metrics into single, more comprehensive visuals rather than having many separate ones.
Hope this helps to get some direction.
Cheers,
Deep
Thank You,
In my case, I specifically need to show more than 50 visuals on a single sheet due to business requirements. Using multiple sheets or merging visuals will not fully meet the use case.
I wanted to check if this 50-visual limit is fixed for all editions, or if there is any paid option, enterprise feature, support request, or quota increase that would allow a higher number of visuals on one sheet. I am open to additional cost if such an option exists.
Hello Saurabh,
I am afraid, i think its a hard limit and cannot be changed.
I do understand its a business need. just wondering how the end user is going to view all these 50 visuals , it may lead to long scrolling i assume and crowded visuals no?
I may still challenge the business and try to find a way to minimize the number of visuals and provide an option to ask their desired questions on the data set via natural language to get the insight they may be seeking for.
Thank you.
Cheers,
