Hi Team,
I’d like to implement a feature where, whenever a user applies filters to a dataset, the system automatically generates a summary or insight based on the filtered data using AI.
Is this feasible? If so, could you please guide me on how to approach this?
Thanks,
Hari
Hi @hripraa , Thanks for your question.
QuickSight already has built-in ML-powered insights that can automatically generate narratives and identify key drivers in your data. You can leverage the “Auto-narratives” feature which automatically generates natural language descriptions of your visualizations.
You need to add this feature to your dashboard manually depending on your use case, below doc should provide you more info:
These Insight auto adapt based on filter you have defined on the dashboard e.g. If the filter exclude a region or year then insight will be updated accordingly.
Hope this helps! I am marking this reply as, “Solution,” but let us know if this is not resolved. Thanks for posting your questions on the QuickSight Community!
Hi @harpson,
Is there a video for reference?
I’m new to the autonarrative feature. If you have any video reference, pls send me. I don’t have any idea how to start it.
Hi @hripraa , Yes, You can find number of video series on AWS Quicksight official channel.
You can refer to Amazon QuickSight - ML Insights Preview Webinar (Recorded), ML features starts from 36:00.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
