How to check usage of my quick sight dashboards which are embedded in the application

Hi,

I have created around 50 dashboards in quick sight, which I then embedded into our application. End users access these dashboards through the application by being added to a specific user group. If a user’s ID is part of this group, they can access the dashboards directly from the application. Now , I would like to track and understand how many users are actively using these dashboards.

Hi @maheswari -

What @Xclipse shared is great if you want to stand up a full stack/comprehensive solution. If you want a quick adhoc way to pull view counts for embedded dashboards you can use a python script (or other SDK languages).

Here’s an example (note it’s not at the user activity level)

Hi @maheswari,
It’s been awhile since we last heard from you, did one of the solutions provided above work for your case or did you have any additional questions?

If we do not hear back within the next 3 business days, I’ll close out this topic.

Thank you!
