but the region is selected as Mumbai

The time-zone property is in the Analysis. Open the Analysis and do Edit > Analysis. Based on your location I am assuming the data from the datasource is actually in Indian Standard Time. But when you save the dataset it is treated as UTC. You will have to set your time-zone as Asia/Kolkata
I think that should fix the issue.
