How to create currency conversion calculated field

I’m trying to create a calculated column on my dashboard that converts all global expenses into one currency (dollars) that can be used for analysis.

This will be over the past two years so is it possible to calculate given the exchange rate variances over time?

Reporting CUR data based on local currency exchange rate

We are exploring using quicksight for reporting on AWS spend. Since AWS CUR data is in US$, we are currently using a third party tool to convert the values at source into AUD and report the cloud spends in AUD. I would like to explore if there is a way to translate the CUR data into local currency using a monthly currency table and use that to report in Quicksight. Further, does Quicksight have any inbuilt currency conversion rates?
