In pixel-perfect report of QuickSight we have option to repeat sections based on our requirements . In Free - Form analysis sheet or clasic sheet for interactive dashboard do we have similar approach? My requirement is to create table visual and pie chart for every region.

Creating repeating sections is a feature specifically linked to pixel-perfect reporting and therefore is not available in standard QuickSight Analysis or Dashboard layouts.
You would need to manually copy the visuals and adjust the filters if you wanted to avoid pixel-perfect reporting.
