Often we have users who reach out to us to complain that a dashboard is broken, only to find that hitting the “rewind / refresh” icon fixes it. How can we disable this cacheing mechanism in the dashboards? This is pretty inconvenient from a developer standpoint.

Seems like there is no option right now. The quicksight team can add it as a feature-request.
