How to get the frequency of unique cell values

Hello Everyone,
The first one is my original table and the columns represented my fields.
Students attend multiple courses. But for my analysis, I need to have a calculated field in which I can have a value (0 or 1) based on whether the student attended any course on a particular day.
(0- if no course attended, 1 - if there is one or more course attended)

After that I aim to collect the attendance percentage of that student over a given time, say 2 days, 7 days, 1 month, etc
