I was asked to create a document that describes a step-to-step process to change the access to my team’s quicksights from a personal permission to a team permission, so how do i change the access for a quicksight?

Are you referring to your overall Quick Sight account or assets within Quick Sight? Quicksight accounts are based off of individual users; so each user would need their own access.
If you’re referring to sharing assets with other team members; you can create a group, add any required users to that group and then when you store an asset in that group, each user that belongs to the group will have access.
Here’s some documentation for reference as well, if you are referring to something completely different, please elaborate a bit more regarding your request!
