How to move Map color range to the bottom of the screen

I want to move the gradient color bar to the bottom of the screen, with the red color on the left and the green color on the right. How do I do that?

You can you the conditional formatting for choosing color what’s ever you want.

Thanks for answering my question, but what I meant was how to move the CPPU color bar that is on the side of the map, to the bottom of the map. So instead of the bar being vertical, it is horizontal.
