I just recently switched from a windows to a mac and my chats/agents did not sync to my new device. I went through self troubleshooting with Quick on my macbook first and exhausted all options.
My agents and conversations are cloud-synced to my account - they’re not stored in local files. I’ve signed into the same account on both laptops and can see them on the old one, but not on the new one.
Welcome to the Quick Community! That is definitely some interesting behavior you are encountering, as it should not matter what device you sign on if you have the content cloud-synced. Just to confirm, after you sign-in on your Mac, is your region set to the same region in which the chat agents were used on the Windows device?
If that does not apply, then I would definitely recommend creating a support ticket with AWS Support, as this could be an account-based issue and they might be able to guide you on why this issue is occurring.
I confirmed that they are both logged into the same region.
My account support is basic and does not offer technical support and has a 24 hour SLA but this is a system issue that is impacting my teams productivity.
Since this is a public user forum, I would not be able to assist with those processes. So if possible, I would definitely reach out to internal channels or a respective IT admin, as they should be able to assist in this matter.
Just checking back in since this thread hasn’t received a response in a while. Were you able to reach out to internal channels or a respective IT admin in the meantime? Please help the community by following up in general within the next 3 business days!
Since I haven’t received any further updates from you, I’ll treat this inquiry as complete for now. If you have any additional questions, feel free to create a new post in the community and link this discussion for context.
