I am trying to create a flow and have 2 separate issues. 1) I need the flow to access projects tied to a specific team only and 2. I need to give the flow edit access in Asana, not just read only. I am unable to follow the directions given

For the first issue, these are the instructions provided.

Option 1: Through Integration Settings

  1. Navigate to your integration/connector settings

  2. Find the Asana connector (ID: 88b52706-f17e-47e9-83ea-84d2cefb48aa)

  3. Look for permission settings or scopes

  4. Enable “Write” or “Create Tasks” permissions

  5. Re-authenticate the connection if prompted

Option 2: Through Asana API Settings

  1. Check your Asana API token permissions

  2. Ensure the token has write access to the “2026 OA$IS & Co. Planning Calendar” project

  3. Verify permissions for the “LT OOTOs” section specifically

For the second issue, these are the instructions provided:

The Asana connector configuration would need to be updated at the system level to:

  1. Restrict workspace access to only the “OASIS & Co” team workspace

  2. Exclude personal workspaces entirely from the query scope

  3. Add workspace boundary enforcement to prevent cross-workspace task retrieval

To make these connector configuration changes, you would need to:

  • Access the connector settings in your administration panel

  • Modify the Asana connector permissions to restrict workspace access

  • Update the authentication scope to only include the OASIS & Co team workspace

  • Test the connector with the new restrictions

The problem is I do not know where to find the administration panel or the integration/connector settings. Looking for assistance to update these two things.

Hi @Sara_Osborne and welcome to the Quick Community!
To access the admin panel and setting options, you would need to have Admin access within your Quick account; do you have admin access?
If not, you would need assistance from an admin on your account to help make those adjustments or update your permissions so that you could adjust.
