It may have been deleted or you don’t have permission to view it"
Hi @howjaryn
Welcome to the Quick community!
This action connector is not available. This message typically appears when
- Your account doesn’t yet have access to the connector, or
- The connector hasn’t been provisioned in your region
Sorry, we can't handle your sessions / Clear cookies. This usually indicates a session conflict during the sign-in flow, often caused by stale authentication state.
-
Verify authentication, Go to Settings -> Capabilities -> Connections -> Authentication and ensure you’re fully signed in. This is a prerequisite for all action connectors (Slack, Outlook, etc.).
-
Disconnect and reconnect, navigate to Settings -> Capabilities -> Connectors, disconnect the Slack connector, then reconnect by choosing Sign in and completing the authentication flow again.
-
Confirm region and permissions, if the connector shows as not available, please confirm with your administrator which region your organization is provisioned in and that you have the required permissions for third-party app access.
