Hi is anyone have the same situation? Quick desktop notify me that slack connector is down when runnig schedueld task.
Hi @pliusi and welcome to the Quick Community!
From what I understand, I think the OAuth token that connects Quick to Slack can get invalidated during the update process, and the scheduled task fails because it can’t authenticate against Slack anymore even though it was working fine before.
I think if you disconnect from the slack connector and then reconnect to it, that should be the fix. If that does not work, try fully quitting and restarting Quick, then reconnect the slack connector.
Let me know if any of these steps help resolve your issue!
Dear JacobR
Thanks for your quick response. The issue is not faild to get authenticate. The connector itself is missing. I attahced the screen shot of my newest version of Quick desktop for better view of this issue:
No slack connecotr can be found at browse more
No slack connector at installed connector
