I created a connection and it gets disabled after a couple of days

I’ve created a Slack bot that sends messages from a flow but the connector after a couple of days just dissapears from the flow steps, any idea why this happens?

Are you the owner of the connector or was the connector shared with you? If you are not the owner, then I would recommend reaching out to the owner or your Quick Administrator within your organization. Moreover, this sounds like an OAuth expiration issue. If you’re using the Default OAuth app method, go to Connectors in your Quick console and check whether the Slack connector still shows as connected. If it shows a “Reconnect” prompt or doesn’t appear at all, you’ll need to re-authenticate. Once reconnected, re-add the action step in your flow.

For a more durable setup, consider using Service-to-Service OAuth. The AWS docs on authentication methods and troubleshooting connectors cover reconnection steps in more detail.

If you keep running into issues with your connector then I would recommend creating a support ticket and the support team will be able to further investigate into this. To create a support ticket, please refer to this resource (Case management - AWS Support).

Hi,

I don’t get the reconnect option, I have to create the connector again every other day as it just dissapears from the available connections page and so the Quick Flow fails. I’m the owner btw
