Quick Flow is failing to read emails using the Application action step

I made a flow that reads my emails daily and send an updated message to my slack. The flow was working fine until today when it started to run into an error that fails the reading step on my email all the AI says is An unexpected error occurred. Try again later. Response generation failed. Try again later. I Tried making a new flow and even changing the steps but nothing seems to work. I also have a different flow that also reads my emails and its failing as well during the application action step that reads my outlook email. FYI I have an amazonbi account. Is this a temporary error or was there a change in the quick flow integration

Hi @Mohamed_Anwer

Please try refreshing your Slack and Outlook connections by disconnecting and reconnecting them in your flow’s connection settings. This ensures your authentication tokens are current and may resolve the issue.

hey @WLS-Luis

so for some reason It started working again by itself after 2 weeks. I Tried the fixes that was provided to me by @Xclipse but it did not help much. Is there a way I can refresh the outlook connection on amazonbi account ?

Hi @Mohamed_Anwer,

That is great to hear. I do not believe there is a way to refresh the connector itself within the list of all connectors. However, as long as you ensure your Outlook account is fully configured and the Outlook connector has a “Ready” status, then it should reflect its most current standing.

Thank you!
