Flow is failing to run the read emeail step

Flow keeps failing when trying to read emails. The system is experiencing issues with the email search functionality due to date format compatibility problems. This appears to be a technical issue with how the dates are being processed by the Outlook connector. It used to work before just fine with the Prompt I had but now it keeps running to this issue on every run

Refresh the Outlook connection, disconnect and reconnect Outlook in your flow’s connection settings to ensure the authentication is current.

In your prompt, try specifying the date in YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g., 2026-05-29) instead of relative terms like today to see if the search succeeds.

Quick does not allow user in amazonbi account to delete or disconnect the connection. I also tried to ask the flow to search specifically for YYYY-MM-DD and it did not fix the issue. The flow was working fine the past 2 weeks after it was developed but now this became an issue. Did something change?

I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
