Send email reminder to a list of people defined in a prior step w/o beinh ask to confirm every single email send

I would like to send out weekly reminders to Account Executives and Account Managers that they need to take action on their accounts. I build a flow for this with the Outlook integration. However, when I am running the flow it is required that a manually confirm any email to be sent out. But I want to fully automate it

Just to make sure I understand your situation a little better, when you create the trigger for your Flow, with the Outlook Connector, do you get the following "Run with no confirmation’ toggle option?

Hi, Thanks for the rapid response. I build the following workflow

attached and whenever I am running the workflow the workflow is stopping at “send reminder email” and asking for each identified person in the list I created in the prior step to manually submit the email (see ss below). How can I set a trigger for this? I tried the above but did not get to the point where I can add an “action connector”

Thanks for including the screenshot. I believe the issue is that you are trying to create the trigger within the flow itself. I would recommend the following:

1.) Go to Flows → Triggers → Create Trigger.

  1. Set your trigger. Here you can name it, add a description, and select the type/schedule for your flow.

3,) Select your asset. Or in this case your flow.

4.) Define your run (in this example I put a test email.)

5.) Create it.
