I’ve currently set up a flow that reviews my emails and cross-references them to a risk register. I would like for the flow to run every morning at the same time but it currently requires manual trigger before sending. Is this a security parameter or is the Flow set up incorrectly.

Welcome to the Quick Suite community!
By default, Quick Flows are set up to run on‑demand or manually, so they do not execute automatically unless you explicitly configure a schedule.
If you would like the flow (reviewing emails and sending an email) to run every morning at the same time, you can do so by creating a schedule for that flow instead of relying on the manual “Run” button.

No, unfortunately I’m still unable to automate the email. I’ve updated what I can based on the instructions and it still requires manual trigger prior to sending.

Just to confirm, are you able to see the Run without Confirmation option or is that not showing up for you when you reach that point of the instructions?
