Flows Automation Blocker

Hi,

I’ve built a Flow in Amazon Quick that I’d like to run automatically every morning without manual intervention. However, I’m unable to find the scheduling/automation option within the Flow settings. Summary of troubleshooting done: I attempted to verify my subscription plan by navigating to the user profile icon in the web app, but the “Manage Quick” option was not available — indicating I may not have Admin access.

Hi @ashourze and welcome to the community!

The scheduling option isn’t within the Flow settings itself, to run a Flow automatically on a recurring cadence, you need to create a trigger that executes the Flow on a schedule. You can set this up under Flows → Triggers → Create Trigger.

and then set up the name, description, and schedule you want.

Then select the flow you want scheduled.

And lastly, put the inputs that your flow needs (in my example, it would be an email address)

Since the “Manage Quick” option isn’t available to you, you don’t have admin access to verify or change the plan yourself. I would recommend reaching out internally and asking whoever manages your organization’s Quick account to check your plan.

I’ve attached some documentation regarding Flows and scheduling them, in case they can provide some extra help:

Hope this helps and feel free to keep us updated/reply with any additional questions you have regarding this topic!

Appreciated Cesar thank you so much
