Creating service authentifications instead of user authentifications

Hello! I’ve been working on a flow that analyzes an Asana project, summarizes the tasks, and sends a summarized report via Outlook. Despite having a trigger, it keeps pausing the run for action review. I’m not certain, but I believe it’s because the Outlook integrations are set to user authentication instead of service. Would someone be able to assist in stopping it from pausing when a trigger is set and following through with sending the emails without supervision?

hi - thanks for your question. you can pre-approve write actions when you schedule your Flow. see our documentation page: Scheduling your Amazon Quick Flows - Amazon Quick

See step 8.

Notice the Run with no confirmation selector.

Hi Josh,

Thank you for the assistance! I unfortunately don’t have an action connector or inputs section provided in my Step 2. How could I get that added to my flow?

@crizpy - Just to confirm, your flow still uses the 2 connectors you mentioned? Asana and Oulook?

Hello, yes it uses both Asana and Outlook

Hi @reagaros,

Hope everything is well with you! Just wanted to check in since this thread has not received a response in a while. Were you able to find an answer in the meantime as to why the blank Inputs section could be occurring for @crizpy?

Thank you!

Hello, yes I was able to receive an answer!
