Is there a way to batch approve and send multiple emails with Flows and Outlook integration?

Currently, when using Flows with Outlook, I need to manually approve and send each email individually. This requires user interaction for every single email. I’m looking for a solution or integration that would allow me to:

  1. Review all pending emails in a batch

  2. Approve and send multiple emails with a single action eliminating the need for individual manual approval

Could you share a step-by-step example of your flow (excluding any personal details)? This will help me determine whether we can adjust the email review process to handle batches. I’d be happy to create an example myself, but I don’t currently have the credentials needed to set up an Outlook integration.

This is the step by step flow:

Upload Excel File with Recipients
Enter Email Subject
Enter Email Body
Enter BCC Email Address

QS:
Email Personalization and Review

connector:
Send All Emails via Outlook = it only allows to send emails one by one by navigating each one and clicking send email (images attached).

I believe I understand your situation in that you want to reduce the manual and redundancy of sending multiple emails individually. From my experiences, Flows seems to currently perform individual action executions; therefore, creating your instance of individually sending each email. Since you are looking for a batch-job solution, I would recommend looking into Quick Automate as it can perform more enterprise-wide actions. Hi can anyone please help me to send automatic outlook emails each month to a group of email ids? I already tried flows which takes me to review the action each time. help me to provide with quick automate steps
