I ve dropped columns in Athena , there is import issues Quicksight, COLUMN_NOT_FOUND

Hello all,

I have created a table in Athena and based on this table sime visualizations in Quicksight.
Now i created some additional columns in Athen, but renamed and removed some columns.

I try ow to import the new dataset in Quicksight, there is an Import error “COLUMN_NOT_FOUND”, is this the normal baheviour ?

Is there any workaround or should I have to create everything now new ?

Hi @Turbat1,

You can create a calculated field in the dataset with the same name as the columns that were dropped, that should fix the problem of the column not found on the refresh.
