Hello @thucanh, it looks like you may want to change how you are bringing in the Jira data to QuickSight. I saw this question in the community asking for the same solution, and the suggestion was to bring the Jira data into S3 and query it with Athena to bring in the custom fields. It seems like this feature doesn’t work with a direct connection to QuickSight. I hope this helps!
