When pulling data from EUCF Unproductive Time Dashboard i noticed that its not pulling all the instances for unproductive time. It was showing zero extended unpaid breaks from certain shifts and when i double checked this on Track4 i could see that those shifts did have extended unpaid breaks. E.G In EDI4 on 28.05.2026 it was showing zero unproductive instances for unpaid break for night shift and when checking Track4 there were actually 12 instances that breached the 36 minute threshold. Can somebody explain why the data is missing please?
Hi @mbostock
Welcome to the Quick community!
Thank you for reaching out. As this is a public community forum managed by users, we don’t have access to private account details and are unable to assist directly with this type of request.
I’d kindly suggest reaching out to your AWS account admin or QuickSight admin, who would be best positioned to help identify the dashboard owner. They can then work with you to investigate the data discrepancy between the EUCF Unproductive Time Dashboard and Track4.
