Incremental refresh

Hello,
I have a dataset combined with data from Athena (S3 buckets) and PostgreSQL DB.
I want to set an incremental refresh but I don’t see that option:

While at other datasets that have only one source ( PostgreSQL DB), I have an incremental refresh option.

Does either of the source - Athena or Postgres table use custom SQL query to import data?

Yes, Athena uses a custom SQL query
