Insights Option is not visible


We have created a new Quicksight account recently for one of my customers. we don’t see insights Option on this new account by default. Even the Auto Narrative visual is not present. is there any recent change that is causing this?

What region is this in? Also what type of account is it? It might be only available for enterprise accounts.

Hi Jagannathan,

Can you please make sure that it is Enterprise edition. ML Insights and Auto Narratives are only available in Enterprise Edition. @Max you are correct.
