How can we integrate PhoneTools into an Amazon QuickSuite account to retrieve user identity data for proper orchestration?

I assume you are talking about Amazon’s internal phonetool application? If so, please check internal amazonbi account where there is an OpenAPI integration to Phonetool readily available. If you’d like to use it in your own quick instance, I would try to refer to internal documentation/wiki on how to engage with enterprise engineering on if this is possible.
