Internal Server Error on Refresh

Hi.

I have a few dashboards created and i’ve been using them for a while. Yesterday my dataset’s refresh started to trhow error every single refresh. When i try to read logs it’s only: internal server error. My Spice has 30GB of free space, i’m consuming from OpenSearch with joins on my MySQL, everthing is working fine.

My question:

  • Is there a way to debug “internal server error”?

Hi there,
Is the error shown in QuickSight, or on your database server? If its from QuickSight, I would suggest that if this keeps happening, and nothing has changed on your end, to open a support case and they can look into this in more detail.
Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!”
