Is possible to show "0" for KPI and Pivot table that don't have records in the result

Hi,

We have KPI and Pivot visuals in the dashboard.

For KPI, it will show No Data when there no records returned and for Pivot table, we will have empty cells. To show “0” instead, we have to update the underlying queries to add empty rows with column of “0” on top of the result set returned, this complicates the queries.

Do we have some kind of settings in QuickSight analysis/dashboard that we can show “0” for both KPI and Pivot visuals or some other workaround instead of modifying the queries themselves.

This is currently not possible. It has been marked as a feature request before but I can mark it again.
