Display 0 instead of No Data found In KPI Visual

Hi
How to handle showing 0 instead of No Data Found in KPI visual. This happens when I apply the filters as there is no data in the dataset of this filter selection. How to find work around for this?

Hi @SantoshB,
You can check out this thread as there are a couple different ideas you could explore. Ultimately though, if you’re applying a number of filters, you’re narrowing down to a a specific cell/value that does not exist in your dataset, therefore there’s no way to replace with a 0.

You’re not the first person to run in to this limitation and ask for alternate scenarios, so I’ll mark this as a feature request to promote visibility to the support team.

Thanks for you quick response. I have used the insight visual to achieve same but it look like we can’t perform the action interaction on insight visual. Is this still true? if not, can you guide me how to perform action on Insight visual ?
