Issue with Dropdown-multiselect

I have a filter, set to watch for values of the ErrorCode parameter:

The parameter has a dropdown-multiselect control, linked to a dataset field error_code:

The problem is that this dataset field contains a lot of different values, while the control shows only one them and doesn’t allow searching for others. How to fix either of these?

You can’t search a separate value?

If you type in the value then click search it should give you values

Here is an example of where I clicked on one from my 0 search and then searched 9.

No, I can’t! For some reason, there is only one - seemingly random, yet identical after every reload - value being displayed. Typing some valid value in the field you showed leads to no values at all, even if it is the very same value from above.

I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
