Joining two spice datasets inside a dataset causing issues

Hello,
joining two spice datasets inside a dataset started causing issue from yesterday, when used as direct query it runs without issues.
also this was running till yesterday and seems have broken late last night.

I am getting INTERNAL_SERVICE_ERROR as below.

Hi, yes it got resolved automatically after sometime didn’t need to make any changes
