KPI visual card shows "Cannot compare values"

Dear Support,

KPI visual card shows “Cannot compare values” for the AVG YoY comparison

It should show negative 14%

Anyway to fix this?

What are the field types for the fields being used in the KPI?

Also, could you share your visual properties panel (like below) so that we can see what you’ve setup for the comparison?

I got the solution.

It seemed to be either a bug or a glitch in the system. I just had to change the sort order to ASC and DESC again (Switch here and there, and it will be refreshed)
