Links in tables in QuickSight

Does QuickSight has the ability to include links in tables so that clicking on the link will open a new page/tab to display more detailed information (most likely another table of data) about the item that was clicked?

Hi @andjela - This is more likely a drill down functionality and QuickSight support the drill down. Please explore that.

You can do it if your dataset contains a text field which is a URL. When you format your table visual, you’ll be able to select the field which contains the URL, and choose how you want to style is and how you want to open it.

Hi @David_Wong - Thanks, you are correct if the requirement is navigate the URL and the URL is part of the data. It make sense.

Thanks.

I think I may have misunderstood the question. If the question is about going to another sheet of the same dashboard, it can be done using navigation actions.

Thanks @David. Yes when I am telling drilldown, it is navigation action only
