In pivot table using conditional formatting I want to highlight values where percent difference is more than -50%(i.e., -70%,-60%,…)
I don’t want to highlight -5%,-22%.
Anything above -50% I should highlight.

You would do your second filter.
Less than -.5 would be anything more than -50%
